Agriculture- 77% population of Madhya Pradesh lives in village whose main occupation is agriculture. The percentage of working population in Madhya Pradesh is 42.82, out of which the agriculturists and agricultural labourers constitute 19.50 and 8.86% respectively.

Art & Culture- Hindi is the main language of Madhya Pradesh. It is also the official language. Major dialects of Hindi used in the state are Bundelkhandi, Malwi & Chattisgari. Other languages spoken are Urdu, Marathi, Sindhi, Punjabi, Gujarati etc.
